What's Behind the Name
Tea at four o'clock is a classic British ritual! In a bygone era, people would take afternoon tea to bridge the gap between lunch and dinner, often using it as an opportunity to catch up on 'gossip' with family & friends!
In today's world I find taking a break at 4pm with a relaxing cup of tea is a perfect opportunity to sit back and reflect on the bigger picture. It's a time to think. A time to re-center. A time to plan. This literal metaphor gets to the heart of the Tea At Four philosophy - that great strategies are carefully thought out, focused and actionable.
